I ordered a 67" Obrien ski to replace my old one that also was 67". They sent a 65" ski even with my paperwork starting 67". It was literally at my eyes and shorter than my old Obrien. I've put on some weight and at 180 lbs. a 65" won't due. I paid $83 and will never buy another item for our two boats from Wholesale!

Ordered paint from wholesale marine. Ordered two colors within there options. Then they send one email canceling my order. Blaming me for choosing the wrong options. When there site aloud me to do it. They did not give me any options on how I could get my my order. Just that it was my fault and the order was canceled. This email was lost in 100's of emails I receive daily. So here I am three weeks latter still with no paint and no thanks to wholesale marine!

These guys have zero communications on order status and are typically dependent on the manufacturer to ship directly. They have horrible follow through and cannot even provide shipping updates unless they call the manufacturer.

I received 4 deck chairs. 3 were perfect, one was damaged and you can see it was from the factory and you can also see the factory did a terrible job at repairing the product. Both wood arm rests were badly damaged. At the factory they filled the holes and damaged areas with wood filler (filler a different color than the arm rest). Then shipped as first quality goods. When I notified Marine Wholesale of the issue and that I had already thrown the carton away they stated they could not help me. While they did send me a return label they would not send me a new box to ship the chair back in. This is a large chair so you cant ship this in just any box. Wholesale Marine will not send a replacement chair until they receive back the damaged chair even though I sent pictures. So now I am stuck with a damaged chair that I paid full price for and Wholesale Marine will still not send me a box for the return. I told them to ship me one new chair and when I get the new chair I will use that box to return the damaged chair but seems like these people do not get that concept. All other e-commerce companies do this and if you dont return the damaged item back they charge you again. WHATS WRONG WITH MARINE WHOLESLAE? I will never buy from them again... suggest you dont either! Poor customer service and poor return policy!

These guys can’t manage their website... Captains club is great if you get credit for your purchases.. Long story, bought a lot from them until I wanted to cash in my credits and was told I was not logged in when making my purchases. Sent photo evidence that I was indeed logged in but they say I wasn’t and won’t credit me for my Club points... I’m done with them.. will order from other vendors. Customer Service was a complete waste of time ????

Worst customer service! Bought a part to my boat according to their model guide but it didn't fit at all. After trying to return it they didn't reply to my messages. Had to contact my bank.
This was my second terrible experience with them. Don't expect they will resolve any of your issues with their wrong products.

Great prices on quality products. Purchased fiberglass restoration products for my RV due to significant sun fading.

They had exactly what I needed. Delivered on time. No driving. Nice and easy. An exact replacement for what I needed.

I had made more than a few orders and received them promptly. So, I have a history of spending about $1000 in the last few months. The last package arrived missing a couple items. They said they were in the shipment.
They were not in the box. They tried to tell me that they absolutely were. There is no way they were in the box when it was shipped, it arrived in perfect shape. They insisted on arguing the fact with me and hung up on me after waiting half an hour to through to somebody. DO NOT BUT FROM THESE GUYS. They will not stand by their mistakes. So they want me to eat the loss because they screwed up!

We got a new boat earlier in the year and needed the usual supplies... fenders, ropes... I shopped at several sites, but wholesale Marine is the best around. What they advertise as "in stock" truly is in stock and ready to ship. Great prices, fast free shipping ( w/ $99+ order), what more could you want? Very happy and will do business with them again.

The worst Company ever. They cheated an 87 year old veteran out of a return fee of 44.00 for a 28.00 item. They lied and told him the shipping return would be free AFTER he spent days and hours trying to get someone to answer their phones. Their customer service is deplorable and I recommend people do their best to stay FAR AWAY from this horrible company. I mean they have an F grading for a reason. Good job ripping off a war vet.
